5 Bridal Makeup Dos and Don'ts

If you’re engaged and just planning for your wedding, then there are certain bridal beauty dos and don’ts you must know if want to look stand out from the crowd.

Do’s:

1. Ensure that you have your trial at least 4 weeks before your wedding ceremony. If you are planning to use fake tan on your wedding day, then have a test before your make-up trial, so your makeup artist can see what color your skin turn out to be with the tan.
2. You can highlight your eyes by brightening any darkness under them using concealer and corrector.
3. You must use individual eyelashes as they are a great way to make your eyes be noticeable as well as look far more subtle compared to a complete strip. Always go for various lengths to make a really natural fluttery look plus nestle them in between your natural lashes instead of fixing them on top.
4. Always focus on the important components of your look, like natural-looking skin, feathery lashes or softly groomed brows. This is because if you get these elements right, then the rest of your make-up will fall into the right place.
5. To make the eyes pop, you need to complete your makeup with a highlighter shade on the brow bone. In addition, choose a light matte shade as well as pat onto the outer corner of the brow bone so finely draw attention to the area of your face.

Don’t:
1. Have your make-up check finish anywhere with overhead bright lighting. Arrange a time when it is still sunshine outside if you have a make-up artist coming to your home.
2. For many women, their marriage is the times when they can take pleasure in having a professional a makeup artist does your make-up. But, I’d suggest genuine caution here is that you don’t want to surprise people by looking like someone else. Whether you are appointing a make-up artist or doing it your own, the best bridal make-up is just the most elegantly polished version of how the bride looks; every bride wants to look beautiful instead of her make-up.
3. Brown, and pale lip colors can look disaster in wedding photographs, so go for a lipstick that’s one or two shades brighter than what you normally wear. For example, if you wear a neutral hue, then it must be worn as a base with a red or pink color on top. Additionally, if you wear dark lipstick, then use that as the base with a brighter pink on top to provide the color a lift.
4. Go too dark on the eyes, and describe your eyes by putting color in the crease, but don’t use a shade that is too dense because it can detract from the eyes themselves.
5. Only apply makeup to your face rather than extend down your neck. But, Sohni Juneja, a well-known make-up artist believed that”You can apply makeup over your shoulders if needed, as this will make sure that your face is not a different color”. Remember, everything should look consistent to make the most natural look possible.
