5 Things You Need to Know About Commercial Catering Gas Safety

The issue of a gas leak or gas problem can be very serious in commercial catering, where the impact of a mistake or a faulty appliance can be catastrophic. For anyone working in commercial catering in London or owning a commercial catering operation, gas safety should be a priority. Here are some issues you need to consider when assessing whether your catering business is gas safe for you, your employees, and your customers.

You have a duty of care under the law to make sure that any gas appliances, gas flues, pipes, and other gas installations are working and maintained for safety in order to prevent injury and accidents.
