All About Sea Buckthorn Oil and Its Benefits


Recently featured on Dr. Oz, Sea Buckthorn Oil is a widely used herbal medicine and an additive in vitamins. It is also widely used around the world. Sea Buckthorn is said to have many benefits such as fighting the appearance of aging of the skin but also has many internal benefits and is used in everything from lotions to vitamin supplements. In Russia, it’s also known to be used to treat radiation burns. It’s even said that the Ancient Greeks used to used it in the diets of their race horses for enhancing their performance during races. There are even references to medicinal uses in Tibet going back to 618 AD.
