Android mobile application development and its future scope

Android is an operating system which that supports more than one billion Smartphone and tablets. These devices made our life so simple and wonderful and all the versions of android were named after different desserts in the series of English alphabet from A to L till then yet, name of desserts used are those which are recognised by all countries in all over the world not only one country or place.

History of Android

Android was founded by two engineers named Andy Rubin and Roid Rich Miner in California in October 2003. Android was named on these two people’s first names (And+roid). Early intention of that company was to build an operating system for digital camera but later on they realised that the market for this device is very low so they diverted their all efforts toward building operating system for smart phones. Later on 17 august, 2005 Google acquired android Inc. under themselves with key employees Rubin and Miner too. At Google, Rubin was leading a team and they develop a platform for mobile device powered by Linux kernel that why Android is called Linux kernel based mobile operating system. On October 22, 2008 Google launched their first android Smartphone HTC dream and later on they launched it nexus series of devices.

History of versions

As I wrote above the names of versions of android operating system was suggested after the names of different desserts in series A to L till then now. These are given below with their API (Application programming interface levels)

Android tablets are portable anywhere any time and easy option of watching movies, videos and chatting through messenger apps easily. Android mobiles are multitasking you can do so many things a time and it is web compatible. The major advantage is that they are open source means android apps and source codes are provided by Google without any cost to the developers. No need to spend so much money buying costly operating systems etc. The market for android operating system and applications is growing faster and faster day by day. It is expecting Google will also launch android operating systems for laptops, LCD TVs and digital cameras. Any person can start institution for android development if he/she has knowledge regarding android. There are so many scope of android in markets, companies as well as in education era.
