Body Champ IT8070 or IT9070 – Which is Best for You?
Are you interested in getting one of the extremely popular & well regarded Body Champ inversion tables — IT8070 Vs IT9070 — however a bit confused as to which to go for as they are pretty much the same price? If so, then this comparison guide will be able to help you out through giving you a brief overview of each table and what the significant differences are between them — and deciding on an eventual winner out of the IT8070 & IT9070.
IT8070 Inversion Table Review
The IT8070 is designed as an affordable quality inversion table, that offers you all the benefits of inversion therapy. It is adjustable through dual pin system & tether strap so that you reach the optimal incline position, accommodating to users of a height range between 4 ft 7 inch to 6 ft 8 inches and max user weight capacity of 250 lbs.
It’s incredibly easy to use, rest your back against the ‘high density’ cushioned back rest, lock your feet into the ergonomic ankle supports (fitted with a spring loaded pull pin) with four cushioned rollers, then simply raise your arms above your head & you then start to gradually invert back wards. You will see from the image, that the table also comes with U shaped handles to help assist you with getting in and out of the table.
Moreover, it can be folded away after use for easy storage — being propped up flat against a garage wall or slipped under the bed etc. Folded dimensions: 13 by 29 by 75 inches.

IT9070 Inversion Table Review
Like the IT8070, the IT9070 can offer you a range of health benefits with regular short usage (around 5 to 10 minutes a day) such as prevent back pain (spine and ligaments) & improve flexibility.
As you can see the IT9070 is based on a very similar design as the IT8070, is foldable (folded dimensions: 70.5L x 27.5W x 18H inches), although a slightly different size. It offers the same safety tether strap, so you can alter your incline level when inverted (up to 140 degrees) with assisted contoured handles and you can keep the table locked when not in use.
You also use the IT9070 the exact same way that you would the IT8070 with an ankle lower spring mechanism to tightly secure you in (and with the same 4 foam rollers) — it doesn’t however quite accommodate for the same height as the IT8070, at up to 6 ft 5 inches (but holds the same weight at 250 lbs) — but has the same heavy duty commercial steel frame work.

What’s the Difference Between the Gravity IT8070 and IT9070?
As you can see there is actually very little difference (if it all) between the IT8070 and IT9070, basically the IT9070 is slightly longer and thinner and can accommodate a slightly less ‘tall’ user. All the other aspects, as you can see from above are pretty much identical.
Which Inversion Table Should You Buy the IT8070 or IT9070?
Both inversion tables are priced pretty much around the $130 mark, so unless you are above 6 ft 5, then I would just say go with whichever model is cheapest and if they are exactly the same — the IT9070 edges given that the steel framework is slightly stronger & hence sturdier. But which Body champ inversion table will you buy the IT8070 or IT9070 & why (please let me know in the comments below)?
