More important than what is said

Include facial expressions to body language (eyes, facial features, eye direction …), gesture (movement of the hands, arms, etc.), voice (pitch, speaking rate, etc.) and posture (sitting, standing or walking). Authenticity
Through self-observation we can try a little influence on our attitude, but consistent long-term control and above all, they can hardly be. Anyone who thinks that he can adjust in the long term and through this play, for example, the job permanently, will soon realize how difficult and stressful it is. Still, it makes little sense to set up any artificial positive-acting signals. So you lose authenticity and therefore less convincing. Rather, try to go to the root of the problem and find out where the shoe pinches. Once you have discovered the reason for your failure mood, it may be easier to improve matters, and then act happier.
Killer tips
You go to the heart of the problem: If you find yourself sitting in conversation, for example in a crouched position, try to find out why. What pushes you? What are you charged? As can be remedied?
Who feels joy and / or success, it exudes. Therefore: Before an important conversation, a sales presentation or project, a crucial phone call, imagine that this will be successful. Then proceed with this good feeling and confidence in this appointment!
They are depressed, but must give a presentation? Call yourself a nice story in mind and think hard about it. A feeling you want to experience it again – right? Then you go now with courage and vigor in your appointment!
Dress so that you feel comfortable. There is nothing worse than clothing, in which one is restricted – not necessarily because it is too narrow, but because it does not fit the style of the person. A woman who never wears a skirt or a dress, will feel during the interview, even when sitting, is not good – and radiate this discomfort.
Think positive! Whoever thinks only to the failure of potential errors and may harvest only misfortune and failure.
