Body Solid GFID225 Review
A fair bit more affordable at just over $250, the GFID225 is a more simplistic already assembled utility bench that is more suited to free weight workouts (e.g. with dumbbells & barbells). It is fitted with a 2 by 3 inch oval tubing that makes it incredibly strong & durable, supporting you in even the most intense workouts — being able to accommodate up to 1,000 lbs of pressure.
