Diabetes is a dangerous illness that plagues millions of people, but you can cure diabetes by tricking your body into remission. At this point you dont need to worry about drastically changing your diet, and in fact you dont even need to worry about joining a gym. Here is what your exercise schedule should look like.
Wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual. This initial opening to your day is so critical to your health, yet almost always skipped. Move around the house a little bit to get your blood flowing and to let your brain wake up (you can use this time to brew your coffee). Then for the next 25 minutes, sit on the living room floor watching the news and stretch. Get your muscles loose and limber, stretch deeply. After that, go about your normal morning routine.
Throughout the workday, take 10-minute standing breaks to help cure diabetes and put it into remission. You arent really taking a break from working, but every hour, stand at your desk for 10 minutes while you work. This simple act keeps blood moving, and you keep yourself productive.
At lunch time, spend 10 minutes walking around the building. You dont even have to leave the building if you dont want to, just stay moving for 10 minutes. You can walk up and down the hallways, or up and down the stairs for a little more exercise.
When you get home, dont plop down on the couch right away. Instead, spend 10 minutes stretching again, then the next 30 minutes walking around your house, apartment, or block. The point is to make sure you are keeping your muscles loose and limber, and get exercise for at least 45 minutes per day. If you want to take an hour long walk, that is even better. No need to focus on heavy lifting at the gym, no need to train for a marathon. Just keep your heart active and your body will reward you.
