If the food you are going to eat is not a vegetable fruit or protein source like fish chicken beef eggs etc then dont eat it. If you are serious about losing weight this is what you have to do.
Lastly count your calories daily to make sure you are eating fewer than you need in a day. A good amount to drop is anywhere from 100 to 500 calories less than you need in a day. So if you need 2500 to maintain then consume somewhere around 2400 to 2000 a day.
