How to Get rid of Belly Fat once and for all

The best way to get rid of belly fat is what I want to tell you. Stomach fat is probably the worst fat you can accumulate. It will cause you heart disease and more problems eventually if you do not do something about it.

The one problem you run into when trying to lose belly fat is that even when the scale says you are losing weight your stomach doesn’t really appear to be shrinking. The reason that happens is because the first bit of weight you lose will come from what is inside of your intestines once you are lowering the amount of food you consume.

The other reason that most people don’t think of is that when your body releases fat cells it doesn’t just release them from the area you want it to but it releases fat cells from all of your body and since your belly probably has the most fat cells you won’t notice much of a difference at the beginning of your weight loss journey.

Eventually you will notice your stomach getting smaller, be patient.

Now the best way to lose fat and I don’t what you think you know you cannot argue this one. Consuming fewer calories in a day than your body requires maintaining its current bodyweight will cause you to lose weight.

Now the makeup of your diet will dictate whether you lose fat and muscle or more muscle than fat or more fat than muscle. As much as we don’t want it to happen we will lose some muscle tissue when in a weight loss program.

To achieve an ideal diet plan for burning up fat cells and keeping as much muscle as possible you will want to eat protein with every meal or snack and cut out starchy carbohydrates and eat healthy vegetables and fruit. If the food you are going to eat is not a vegetable fruit or protein source like fish chicken beef eggs etc then don’t eat it. If you are serious about losing weight this is what you have to do.

Lastly count your calories daily to make sure you are eating fewer than you need in a day. A good amount to drop is anywhere from 100 to 500 calories less than you need in a day. So if you need 2500 to maintain then consume somewhere around 2400 to 2000 a day.

If you are exercising you might want to be around only 100 less a day and let your workouts burn up the extra calories, that way you won’t feel as hungry. There are many calorie calculators available online for you to use to figure out calorie requirements and more.

Just follow the information I have given you here and you WILL get rid of belly fat in no time.
