As Valentines’ Day nears, raising our hormones to the ceiling, we could also have a fine breakfast that can raise our taste buds to the ceiling! Omelets are some of the mouth watering dishes that you and your date can enjoy for breakfast during Valentines’ Day.
The only ingredients that you only need are: two or three raw eggs, olive oil, coriander, curry powder, bacon, onions, and mashed garlic (or garlic powder), and salt.
Tools that you will need to make this delicacy are: frying pan, bowl, lid, knife, chopping board, fork, and a fish slice.
Below is a simple step-by-step instruction on how to make an omelet:
1. Wash the eggs, and carefully crack the shells using a fork. This is to avoid the shell particles from getting into the bowl, making it hard to remove. Make sure that the bowl is thirty degrees from where you are, to avoid the eggs from spilling.
2. Beat the eggs using a fork. When the mixture is thin, cover the bowl with a lid, to avoid contamination.
3. Pick the chopping board, and cut the onions, bacon, and coriander into tiny pieces. Make sure that each of the three ingredients is separated, to avoid a chaotic cooking.
4. Pour three tablespoons of olive oil into the frying pan, and put on the stove at simmering heat. After two minutes, put onions, a half teaspoon of mashed garlic (garlic powder), and coriander into the hot olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and curry powder in the mixture.
5. Mix the ingredients gently with a fork for a minute or so.
6. Remove the mixture from the frying pan, and add them into the already beaten eggs. Add the cut pieces of bacon and mix.
7. Add two tablespoons of olive oil into the frying an, and heat it at maximum temperatures for a minute and a half. (This is the best temperature for frying an egg or omelet, to ensure a delicious golden brown finishing).
8. Pour the mixture into the frying pan. Let the forming omelet stay for two minutes, before turning it to the other side that is raw, using a fish slice.
9. Remove the ready omelet using a fish slicer, fold it and serve it on a plate. Remember to add a fork and butter knife, to make the romantic breakfast classy.
If you wish, you can add two slices of buttered bread on the plate.
Warm milk, tea and natural juice are the best beverages to accompany this mouth-watering treat!
