Ø Ajna: It is the absolute Energy center. It regulates our consciousness. It is the center of union and helps to balance mental regulates the pineal gland.

Ø Sahasrare: This is the thousand petaled energy center. This is the centre of bliss and peace. This is the pedestal of wisdow. It is associated with pituitary gland. It is associated with pituitary gland. It regulates the secretion of all hormones and keeps all body system in a balanced manner.

Ø Muladhara and Red: – Red color is related with Muladhara energy center. It represents our life energy, our physical strength and vitality. It is a hot color and is used to express warmth. Deep red color causes anger. People suffering from high blood pressure avoid wearing red.

Role of Natural color:-

The spring season is the transmission period during which weather changes. Winter comes to an end and summer is about to begin. Wet Colors: – The traditional spring flowers of palash are boiled. The water extracted from this flower is yellow in color. These flowers are soaked in water overnight. This water has medicinal properties which is beneficial to the skin.

Over the decades, as the population increased and unlike other festivals, holi is commercialized, the Scarcity of natural traditional colors became rare paving way for the manufacture of synthetic colors that are not only harmful for the human body but also the environment as a whole.
