With the growing demand of fuel in our everyday lives and decreasing supply on the other, there is a growing need to find new alternative solutions for fossil based conventional fuel. Fossil diesel has numerous negative impacts on the environment and our health. It severely reduces the air quality, hence causing respiratory and cardiac ailments. WHO has conducted various surveys to monitor the air quality in different countries and India ranks amongst the bottom few on most of these indexes.
According to Yale Environmental Performance Index (EPI) in 2014, India was ranked 155th out of 178 countries, on the chart combating the air pollution faced by the country. Another report by World Health Organization (WHO) in its database report 2014, ranked Delhi as the most polluted city in the world. The database was collected after researching 1600 cities in 91 countries. Amongst all these many of the Indian cities apart from Delhi such as Raipur, Patna, Amritsar, Agra, Allahabad, Ahemdabad among many others are listed among the top cities around the world with high levels of air pollution.
Worldwide this figure is estimated to be 7 million deaths in 2012 caused due to air pollution. One in eight deaths can be linked either directly or indirectly to air pollution.
These figures have triggered an increased need to make the switch to greener less toxic alternatives. Bio fuel is considered to be a non-toxic fuel that is derived from biological ingredients. Advanced category of bio-fuels like Indizel along with being green, non-toxic and biodegradable require no engine modifications and reduce carbon emissions up to 90%.
Some of the benefits of Indizel are:
1.Bio fuel is cleaner and environment friendly
2.It lubricates the engines itself, elongating its life
3.Reduces reliance on conventional fuel
4.Doesnt need engine modification
5.Safer too handle than conventional fuel.
6.Reduces dependency on crude oil imports.
Indizel (Biodiesel) is considered to be cleaner and safer than conventional diesel and has fewer emissions. It is also renewable and bio-degradable source of energy unlike conventional fuel.
