By doing a juice cleanse for a few days, we can gain better nutrition as well as help you to lose weight more effectively.

The most effective fruits or vegetables that you should use to make your juices are leafy greens, apples, carrots, tomatoes,papaya,pineapple,ginger and all types of berries. You can use as much fruit or vegetables in your juices and you will also gain a lot of vitamins and nutrients.

The best way to make your juices is with a juicer machine, by choosing the best juicer to buy out in the market today, you will be able to make endless varieties of juices and it will only take you a few minutes. They are also very easy to clean and will last you a long time.

While on a juice cleanse you may experience healing reactions as your body is removing these harmful toxins and your body is getting an increase of vitamins that your body is not use to. Some of these healing reactions are headaches,diarrhea,skin irritations,bloating and also aches and pains. Don’t worry these reactions do not last long and it is also a good sign that your body is getting rid of these toxic substances.

While doing this type of detox cleanse, you can also eat light meals as some individuals may find it hard to stay on a liquid detox diet. It is best not to eat any meat as this could slow down the cleansing process. Also try to have smaller meals throughout the day such as 5 instead of 3 meals.

To help release the toxins from the body a lot faster, it is recommended that you do light physical exercise and also take hot baths to help eliminate these toxins effectively.

By following a few juice cleanse recipes you can eliminate all toxic substances from the body to gain more energy, better nutrition, improved digestion and also gain better overall health.
