As we go about our daily routines it can become quite boring. Maybe it is time to start living a more exhilarating life. I like to call it ‘Living Life Out Loud’. Well, You may be wondering just how one goes about doing this. The first step is to figure out what you might enjoy doing. Maybe it is something simple like working in the yard or tinkering around in the garage. Or maybe it is more like getting politically active or running a marathon. Whatever it is, if you believe it will give you more enjoyment out of life then go for it.
It is a shame to spend day after day without enjoying life. Who want’s to spend their final day’s on earth regretting all the things that they have never done? Take that trip to the Islands. go ahead and build that cabin in the woods. Save up your money to buy that boat you always wanted. Whatever your dream is follow it.
Take a chance. Let go of whatever is holding you back. You can always find a way to get the extra cash you might need. Hey, take a second job for a few months to pay for the dream. Remove the doubts and take a bold step forward.
If your passionate about politics then get involved. Help out on a campaign or maybe you might want to run for office yourself. If you love your church then get more involved in the activities. Have a passion for helping people? Habitat for humanity or the Red Cross are always happy to have volunteers to help out. If you like being outside, buy a bike.
A quiet passive lifestyle may be enough for some people, but if you are looking for more then obscurity, Then get ready to jump out of your comfort zone and into an ‘out loud’ lifestyle. The rewards are great when you step up and go after your own dreams. You may not always succeed in obtaining exactly what your after but going for it is a reward in of its self. Make a list and start living like it matters. Life is a gift and we should enjoy it as much as possible. why spend all our time just going day to day when we can actually live our lives with zest and zeal?
A quiet existence is fine but if your anything like me, you would much rather start living Out Loud.
