Make Money From Your Articles Turn Them Into YouTube Videos

You can turn your articles into YouTube videos and make money online. You need several accounts to get started. Obviously you’ll need a YouTube account to do this. Sign up for a Google account if you don’t have one. This gives you access to an Adsense account, which places the ads on your videos. You may need to have a website in order to get an Adsense account. If you run into this try getting a free website through Blogger.com. The last account is a Paypal account for you to receive payment through. Once you have all of your accounts, you’ll be ready to start making money online.

Using A PowerPoint Slideshow

Start by copying your article into a blank PowerPoint slide. You’ll have to break up sentences or phrases from the article by adding slides. You’ll need to determine how long you want the article to be. That’s important because you’ll use tools in PowerPoint to determine how long each slide stays on the screen. Read through the article to see if you want to take from it or add to it to make a good video. You can also experiment with changing the size, font, and color of the text. You can be creative by changing the background color and/or by adding borders. You can also add pictures and videos. Once you’re done, save the file and use the file menu in PowerPoint to save the slideshow on your computer as a movie.

*Important – YouTube Monetization Process

While it’s possible to make money through the YouTube Partners Program, there is an application process that you have to go through before YouTube will allow you to “Monetize” videos. See the guidelines here to see which videos are eligible. https://www.youtube.com/account_monetization?action_guidelines=1

Uploading the Slideshow Movie to YouTube

Open your YouTube account and click the Upload button on the YouTube homepage. Click the “Select files to upload” arrow. That should open a window to the directories and files on your computer. Click on the new movie file that you saved from PowerPoint. Wait for YouTube to do it’s magic of turning your movie into a YouTube movie. While you’re waiting you can add a description and tags to your file. You can also choose to make the video public or private. Make sure it’s set to public or no one will see it and you won’t make any money.

Here’s an example of an article that I converted into a YouTube movie by using the method I described in this article.

Here’s a link to the article Eco-Friendly Melt and Pour Soap Recipes on Seekyt.com.

Here’s the YouTube video of that article. I created the movie from a PowerPoint slideshow that I saved as a movie file and uploaded the movie to YouTube.

You should also do some Search Engine Optimization (SEO) promotion of your video to get more views; just like you did with the article you made it from (I hope). The saying online is the more views you get, the more money you can make. You can get started with your SEO by submitting your new YouTube video to Pinterest.com or Google+ just to name couple of places. Don’t forget to connect with me on those sites and share your videos with me.

Connecting Adsense to Youtube Channel

There’re no guarantees about how much money you’ll make or that you’ll make any money by doing this. But in my experience, the videos do as well as the articles if not better. But a lot of that depends on the quality, relevance and SEO of the video. If people find your article helpful they make click on the ads that YouTube puts on your video and you’ll make money. So break a leg!
