When most people think about flags, they think about being patriotic, not a car in a parade. It is interesting to note that flags have always been associated with a nation’s identity. The Romans also carry flags which not only represent the empire but also their religious beliefs. In today’s world, parade car flags come in different shapes and sizes. Some people have flags on their cars because they want to show how patriotic they are. Others just do it because everyone else is doing so and they got their flag for free or very cheap. There are also other types of flags that denote sorrow. When you see a black flag on a car, it is a sign that someone has died and likely a funeral procession is on the way.

If you are a football fan, having a parade flag on your car is a way to show that you belong to a particular team and you are proud. In most European countries, there is a lot of celebration when a football team wins the European cup. Most people parade car flags representing either their country of their club as a way of rejoicing and celebration. If you’re not familiar with some of these cultures, you must avoid following the crowds. European football is known not only for its love of the beautiful game but also for its preponderance of violence. If you will be driving your car through a neighborhood that supports opposing team, it is advised not to parade car flags representing the team you support. That can be seen as a sign of provocation and it might get you into trouble. Some people have even had their car smashed to bits because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Parade car flags coming different colors and sizes and some people prefer the small version that can be attached to the side of their cars. These types of flags are quite cheap to buy and you can pick one up at a dollar store. There are those who prefer a huge flag when they drive around which can cost about $30 to buy.

In some cases when a very important person has to go through a built up part of town, the motorcade and the cars often bear flags. You don’t even have to be the governor or the president of the country to enjoy this privilege. At times, all you have to do is to pay for the service of the local police department and they will get you from A to B in style. A parade car flag can help.
