You can also visually see (in real time), through the stride dial integrated, what muscles are being worked — which gets altered as you change the stride length.

Another important aspect of the AMT 100i is the contra-lateral arm movement that ensures a natural motion of your arms and legs working in unison, like you would do with any exercise. It again offers dual action, providing your body with total body engagement and you can track the muscles being worked through the stride dial (all in real time). The general improvements have come in the biomechanics of the machine where the precor engineers worked with Western Washington University biomechanics lab to cater for highly excelled freedom of movement for the ‘5% size female to the 95% size male user’ based on a range of fitness levels. The foot pedals have also been constructed to further optimize muscle involvement.
