Harry Potter: The Complete 8 Film Collection [Blu-ray
$111.48
Harry Potter and its cast of characters are the impressive fictional creations of J. K. Rowling in the Harry Potter series of books that took to life in the movie series. It is an ingenious tale of wise wizards and witches in the never-ending fight between good and evil, a tale of fantasy and adventure. Personally, I think that J. K. Rowling is excellently talented in imagination and creativity to offer the whole world such a treasure of tales.
The spectacular special effects while filming is what makes the movies such a success as you travel through the scenery of Hogwarts various vintage interior rooms and hallways. Those by the way have their own inhabitants other than human form. The photographs along the walls are a wonderfully touching cinema of life in moving colors. The paintings are their own community and they converse with and about one another as well as the character cast passing through the rooms and hallways of Hogwarts. This adds so much to the fact that Harry Potters world is an amazing make-believe world.

One of the most interesting things about the Harry Potter books and movies is that you are captured up with growing up with Harry Potter and all his friends, I think this adds a special appeal to the children who watch these movies. It allows them to feel as though they are growing up with the fictitious in-depth characters, especially Harry, throughout the series.
The special effects are one of the most influential elements of the series that creates such a love for Harry Potter. The interaction of the castle and everything in and around it being alive in some way gives rise for the growth of even more imagination and anticipation while watching this series. The life of every child regardless of his or her age is enhanced when their imaginations are free to grow. Great imaginations create awesome works.
Reading or Watching Harry Potter is about as evil as reading or watching The Wizard of Oz and other Great Works
One of the most basic steps of being a parent who allows their child to experience fun and wholesome film watching involves explaining to our children that special effects and make-up skills in movies creates a make believe world, no matter what type of movie you are watching. The same is applicable to reading the Wordsmithing of an imaginatively creative writer or author. It is a simple thing really, since all you have to do is talk to them about the differences of pretending and real life.
Every child understands imagination, even if he or she cannot say it or spell it. Make believe and pretending are simple childhood learning tools that can grow and flourish or wither and die, depending upon what they do with it and how you react to it.
The Harry Potter series in book form or film is a make believe, pretend story that a very clever and artistic mind birthed into creation. It is of no more harm in turning children into unimaginable nightmarish creatures than is the Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, Phantasia, Bewitched, Sabrina or Raven can. All of these adventures and stories come from the imaginations of talented writers and authors. Such talent is a blessing. Sharing such a talent with all the world is even a bigger blessing. Sharing such work creates growth for those who read the works or view them on film in movies.

The Harry Potter Series is a Great Choice while considering Movies for Children
If you want to enjoy some really amazing turns and twists in a fantasy setting, you cannot go wrong with choosing from the various tales within the Harry Potter series. You and your family can enjoy yourselves while growing along with the orphan Harry Potter as he learns to become friends with other interesting characters of the films, while he gives his all to fight the battle of good over evil as well as feel his loneliness slip away at times while he lives his life at Hogwarts, other magical families and of course the muggles.
This series is filled with an imaginative range of make believe and mythological creatures and characters. There are various lessons to be learned while Harry and his friends grow up. You and your children will enjoy the adventures of Harry Potter while watching any of the films of the series which include:
– Philosophers Stone, 2001
– Chamber of Secrets, 2002
– Prisoner of Azkaban, 2004
– Goblet of Fire, 2005
– Order of the Phoenix, 2007
– Half-Blood Prince, 2009
– The Deathly Hallows, 2010
There is also no doubt in my mind that the next two scheduled Harry Potter films involving Deadly Hallows, due out in 2010 and 2011 will be just as wonderfully creative and imaginative as those that came before. The Harry Potter series is full of clean, good hearted fun with good dashes of imagination, special effects and magic. Good movies for children range in multitudes. Movies for children do include the wonderful creatively told story of Harry Potter and his friends and foes by the talented mind of J. K. Rowling. Well done Ms. Rowling, well done!
I also think that it would be interesting for the series to continue in other settings related to the story. Perhaps investigating and fleshing out the lives of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry other magical characters. Perhaps, even continuing the Harry Potter series until he is grown, falling in love, married and having own children and grandchildren of his own will lead to exciting and adventurous tales of wonder. There are various possibilities to grow the Harry Potter enthusiasm. Indeed this series is an interesting means of allowing the free spirited imagination of many more generations of children of all ages enjoying the story of Harry Potter.
