Symptoms Of High Cholesterol – Avoid Getting A Heart Attack Or Stroke


Are there any Symptoms Of High Cholesterol? Actually there are no symptoms that can tell if you have high cholesterol. But if you have very high cholesterol that is left untreated it can lead to serious health issues such as a heart attack or stroke.

The only way to find out if you have a issue with high cholesterol in your blood is to have a cholesterol test. It can be done at your local GP and it is just a simple blood test that will look at our key lipid and fats that are in your blood.

As there are no symptoms of high cholesterol, it is important that you try to prevent this condition from happening by eating a well balanced diet and getting regular exercise.
