Tip #2 Have Detox Diet: Detoxification is also known as Detox. Your body neutralizes and eliminates toxins from your body in a natural way. This diet flushes out toxins improves the quality of life and giving you a feeling of well-being. During this diet, you should take abundant vegetables and fruits, beans and herbal teas, sprouts and lot of pure water.

Tip #3 Do regular exercise: Exercising regularly —even light exercise is one of the main criteria of healthy lifestyles. One should follow proper diet with regular exercise if you want to live a healthier life. It has been proved that walking for 15-20 minutes a day reduces danger of all-cause mortality.
