The diet enables you to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time over a few weeks, it flushes out toxins from your body so you can have more energy.

The program is very strict and contains mainly liquids which include organic lemon juice, organic grade B maple syrup ,organic cayenne pepper, organic unrefined sea salt and purified water. Beyonce mentioned on Oprah that if she wanted to lose weight she wouldn’t go on this diet as there are more healthier options. The recommended time to be on this diet is 10 days and you can have some light meals, you will have to drink the lemon and maple syrup mixture up to 7 times per day.
