1. The first stage is Solder paste printing which sees the printing of the initial solder paste onto the board with aid of a stencil. This material works to bind the devices to the PCB thus making a single unit.
2. SMT Pick & Place Assembly. This is the nerve canter of the whole assembly system. All the chips that are meant for the design are taken and accurately placed in the respective positions on the PCB.

5. After that the boards go through Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and Automate X-Ray Inspection (AXI). This is to ensure that there are no errors in the products.

If there are any errors that can be fixed through reworking then that becomes the next process. Otherwise the products will be good to go.
