Enjoy your Easter with family with this easy to make meals. Weather you need the good appetizer, main dish, side one or just a yummy dessert, here are the ideas to try out.
For an appetizer try to go with this Mini Caprese Bites:
You will need: grape tomatoes, mozarella cheesee balls, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, basil and some wooden skewers.
Take the grape tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the mozarella into thirds. Put one half of tomato, one piece of cheesee and other tomato half on a skewer. Put skewers into shallow dish and drizzle with mixutre made out of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.

As a main dish serve this delicious Glazed Ham:
Ingridients: 1 boneless cooked ham, 1 tablespoon whole cloves, 1 can of sliced pineapples, 1 cup of apricot preserves, 1 teaspoon ground mustard, ½ teaspoon ground allspice, maraschino cherries
Preheat oven to 180C. Cut the surface of the ham in few places with cuts deep enough to put the cloves inside. Place ham in a roasting pan, and bake uncovered for half an hour. While the ham is baking, drain the pineapple and save the juice. Take a saucepan and combine pineapple juice, preserves, allspice and mustard. Bring to boil and continue cooking, while stirring, for another ten minutes, until it slightly thickens. Take the ham out, spoon the half of the glaze over the ham. Put the pineapple slices and cherries on top of the ham, securing them with toothpicks. Bake for another 30-45 minutes and spoon it twice more with the glaze over the course of that half an hour.

Make some of this Steamed Carrots with Garlic-Ginger Butter to go with the ham:
Get the following: 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 pound of peeled baby carrots with tops, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon peeled and minced fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, ½ teaspoon grated lime rind, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, ¼ tespoon of salt, buttercream and decorations at wish
Prepare garlic and let it stand while you steam carrots, covered, for about ten minutes or until they are tender enough. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for a minute, constatly stirring. Remove from the heat. Add in carrots, cilantro and remaining ingridients.

And finally, make some of this Buttermilk Cupcakes for a taste of sweet:
Ingridients: 2.5 cup all purpose flour, 1.75 teaspoon baking powder, 0.75 teaspoon salt, 14 tablesppon unsalted butter, 1.75 cup sugar, 4 large eggs, 2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract, 0.75 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 180C. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter with the mixer on medium speed until it is creamy. Gradually add sugar, until light and fluffy. Reduce the speed to low and add eggs one at a time until each blends after adittion. Add in vanilla. Beat in flour mixture alternately with buttermilk, beggining and ending with flour mixture, just until blended after each addition. Pour batter into muffin pans and bake them, rotating once, for about 25 minutes. You can chek if they are baked by picking them with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, then they are. Once baked, let them cool in a pans. Frost with butter-cream and add some decorations on top like edible flowers or whatever you prefer.
