Why Men Work Out

You look at all these magizines and probably ask yourself how do this models do it? Workout I mean. Well they put a lot of time and effort into it to make it happen and you can to. Working out is all about the time and dedication you want to put into something and many people pick to dedicate time to their bodies. No, its not a bad thing to take pride in your body.

Did you know the number one reason why men work out? You might say to stay in shape and that can be true for many men but no its to get rid of the gut they have and work on a flatter stomach. I am not going to lie that is one of the biggest reasons why I joined the gym I am at. Plus I wanted to get back into shape, I think everyone wants to do that when they get out of high school.

Working out is great for the mind, body, and soul. Even though you might be in pain for the first week or two just keep in mind why your doing this and its to make a better you. Being fit makes you feel better as a person and it makes you feel accomplished. Having the right frame of mind is key when you are working on being the best person you can be.

Now every man has their reasons for working out, some just do it for the cardio and the ability to stay active. Or to lose weight. Men are at time uncomfortable with their weight but men can burn it off faster. Just 2 days a go I was at the gym for 1 hour and 15 minutes and burned off 2 pounds that’s pretty good.

At the end of the day working out is all about discipline and state of mind. If you have both you can conquer anything you want in life. Once you have that finding a workout that works for you on your goals is the next thing you have to do.

Here are some questions to ask yourself before you start a workout:

  1. What are your goals
  2. How much time can you put into working out
  3. Are you ready to change your life?

If you can answer all of those questions honestly you are ready to make a plan for the better. Now just stay focused on your goals and you will be fine.
